So I’ve been mulling over the best “girl on girl” kisses following the dismal list put together by the Sun last week. Here’s what I’ve come up with. Let me know what you think.

5. Ellen DeGeneres and Sharon Stone in “If These Walls Could Talk 2″

Ellen and Sharon Stone play a lesbian couple hoping to have a baby. They both seem to really throw themselves into the role although I can’t tell if there’s heat between them or whether it’s just my unbelievable tension at seeing Ellen naked. For some reason I felt as if watching my Mom or something.

4. Willow and Tara in the Buffy episode “Entropy”.

This is the scene where Tara and Willow reconcile their differences and get back together. Cheese-tastic dialogue but still a classic scene. Check out Tara’s lines!

“It’s just so much to work through. Trust has to be built on again, on both sides. You have to learn if…if we’re event the same people we were. If you can fit in each other’s lives. It’s a long, important process, and…can we just skip it? Can- can you just be kissing me now?”

At the end of the third season. Nikki is released from prison and Helen realises she “wants a woman“.

2. Bette (Jennifer Beals) and Tina’s (Laurel Holloman) kiss from L Word Season 5

1. Pretty much any scene involving Carmen (Sarah Shahi) and Shane (Kate Moening) from the L Word.
